End User License Agreement (EULA)
For Eden: Salvation
Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before downloading, installing, or using Eden: Salvation ("the Game"). By doing so, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms, do not download or use the Game.
1. Grant of License
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on any device for your own personal entertainment purposes.
You may not:
Modify, alter, reverse engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Game.
Redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game in any form.
Once a version of the Game has been downloaded, you are permitted to use that version indefinitely until a new update is made available.
2. User Conduct and Restrictions
By using the Game, you agree:
Not to cheat, hack, modify game files, or use third-party tools to gain unfair advantages;
Not to use the Game in any manner that could be considered unethical or unlawful;
To use the Game solely for personal entertainment purposes.
Any misuse may result in termination of your license.
3. Data Collection and Privacy
The Game does not collect personal data. It only stores data required for game functionality, such as saving and loading progress or settings on your local device.

4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including characters, story, visuals, and all related content, remain the sole property of the Developer.
Adaptations (e.g., fan art, mods, or creative interpretations) are acceptable and encouraged.
5. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee the Game will be error-free or compatible with all hardware or software configurations.
You acknowledge that software bugs, glitches, or data loss may occur and the Developer will not be held liable for any resulting damage or inconvenience.
This is an offline, single-player game. No internet connection is required unless the Game is obtained via Steam or other official distributors that manage updates.
6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate if you breach any terms of this EULA.
Upon termination:
You must cease all use of the Game;
You must delete all copies of the Game from your devices.
The Developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue support for the Game at any time without notice.
7. General Provisions
Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local law.
Severability: If any provision of this EULA is found invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: The failure of the Developer to enforce any right or provision of this EULA will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
By installing or using Eden: Salvation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this EULA.
