This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Tarba Paul Cornel (Individual) doing business as Galactic Crows ("Company" or "we") for the use of this software game ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

The Game includes an optional webcam feature designed to enhance the gameplay experience. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Game utilizes your webcam for in-game purposes only.
  
• No video or image data is collected, stored, or transmitted to any third party.
  
• The webcam is not necessary to play the Game and can be disabled at your discretion.

Note: The webcam feature is entirely optional. You may unplug the webcam before playing, and still agree to these terms. The webcam is used solely to enhance immersion.

We respect your privacy. The Game does not collect, share, or transmit any personal information, including webcam data, to any external entities or third parties.

The Game can be fully played offline without an internet connection. However, certain features such as Steam achievements and other Steam-specific integrations may not function without an active connection to the Steam platform.

The Game is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not guarantee that the Game will operate without interruption or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages:

• The use or inability to use the Game.
  
• Any malfunctions or issues, including but not limited to hardware damage, loss of data, or system errors.
  
• Any gameplay-related effects, such as psychological discomfort, motion sickness, or any other physical or mental conditions arising from playing the Game.

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling and ceasing all use of the Game. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By continuing to install, access, or play the Game, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
