This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Nesaku Games for the game Uneven ("Software"), which includes all related media, printed materials, and digital content.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Nesaku Games grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Distribute, share, or make the Software available to any third party.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Software.
Use the Software for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Software, including any updates, modifications, and new versions, remain the property of Nesaku Games. This Agreement does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
4. User Data and Privacy
The Software may collect certain information as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Nesaku Games does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nesaku Games will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from your use or inability to use the Software.
7. Termination
This Agreement will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies in your possession.
Cet Accord est régi par les lois françaises. En cas de litige lié à cet Accord ou à l'utilisation du logiciel, les parties conviennent de soumettre le différend à la compétence exclusive des tribunaux français situés dans le ressort de Lyon.
9. Changes to this Agreement
Nesaku Games reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Software following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
