End User License Agreement (EULA) for Viravius Shooter
1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Marco Modica ("Service Provider") for the use of the application "Viravius Shooter" ("Application"). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. License
The Service Provider grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for your own entertainment and non-commercial use. You may install and use the Application on any device you own or control.
3. Restrictions
The User is not permitted to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Application.
Distribute or share copies of the Application without permission.
Use the Application for commercial purposes without prior consent.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights, remain with the Service Provider. The User is granted a license to use the Application, but ownership remains with the Service Provider.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will function without interruptions, errors, or bugs. The User agrees to use the Application at their own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Application.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Service Provider may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the User breaches any terms. Upon termination, the User must uninstall and cease using the Application.
8. Changes
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Viravius Shooter app/game (hereby referred to as "Application") that was created by Marco Modica (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a standalone game experience. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Any game data is stored locally on the user's device and the Service Provider does not guarantee automatic deletion of locally stored data upon uninstallation.

Messages: If users choose to include a message with their donation, it will be used solely for acknowledging and thanking the donor and will not be shared or used for marketing purposes.
