This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and the Licensor. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
Important notice for consumers in the EU/EEA: Nothing in this EULA limits your mandatory statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to defective digital content under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen), as implementing applicable EU digital consumer protection legislation.
1. LICENSE GRANT
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, personal license to:
1.1. Install and use the Software on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes;
1.2. Use the Software in accordance with any documentation or instructions provided;
1.3. Definition of Software. For the purposes of this EULA, "Software" means the playable game application, all accompanying official game assets (including art, sound, music, and default configuration files), and any official patches, updates, bug fixes, or downloadable content provided by Licensor.
The Software is licensed, not sold, and this license does not grant you ownership of the Software.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Licensor and its licensors.
This license may be terminated only as set forth in Section 14.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not, and may not permit any third party to:
2.1. Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
2.2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except to the extent such rights cannot legally be excluded;
2.3. Rent, lease, lend, sublicense, sell, transfer, or distribute the Software;
2.4. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
2.5. Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations;
2.6. Use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Licensor;
2.7. Use external software, automation tools, cheats, trainers, memory editors, or any third-party tools designed to modify or unlock achievements outside intended gameplay.
3. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1. The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
3.2. The Software includes Unreal® Engine code and related materials provided by Epic Games, Inc. ("Epic Materials"). Epic Games, Inc. and its affiliates retain all rights, title, and interest in and to such Epic Materials.
4. STEAM INTEGRATION, PRIVACY & SAVE DATA
4.1. The Software is distributed via the Steam platform and may use the Steamworks SDK.
4.2. In order to provide platform functionality such as achievements, playtime tracking, cloud synchronization, and ownership verification, the Software may communicate with Steam and exchange platform-related data, including your Steam user ID and achievement status.
Steam-related data is processed by Valve Corporation in accordance with its privacy policy:

4.3. Privacy.
Licensor does not independently collect, store, or process personal data through the Software.
The only personal data that may be received directly by Licensor is information voluntarily provided by the User when contacting Licensor by email, including email address and the contents of the email.
Such information will be used solely for the purpose of responding to the User’s email and will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection law, including the GDPR where applicable, and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.
4.4. Save Data.
Save data is primarily stored locally on your device.
If Steam Cloud is enabled and supported for the Software, a copy of your save data may also be stored on Valve Corporation’s servers through Steam Cloud services.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES – EPIC MATERIALS
The Software includes Unreal® Engine code and other code, materials, and information (the "Epic Materials") provided by Epic Games, Inc. ("Epic").
All Epic Materials are provided on an "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE", and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis, without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor, Epic, and Epic's affiliates disclaim all warranties, conditions, duties, and representations, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:
- merchantability;
- fitness for a particular purpose;
- title;
- non-infringement;
- uninterrupted or error-free operation;
- accuracy, completeness, or reliability;
- absence of defects, viruses, or harmful components.
5.1. the Epic Materials will operate properly as integrated into the Software;
5.2. the Epic Materials will meet your requirements;
5.3. operation of the Epic Materials will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or error-free;
5.4. defects can or will be corrected;
5.5. the Software will remain compliant with platform rules or technical requirements at all times.
For consumers in the EU/EEA, this section does not limit any mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES – SOFTWARE
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND.
LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE FROM DEFECTS.
For consumers in the EU/EEA, this disclaimer does not affect your mandatory statutory rights, including rights relating to defective digital content under applicable consumer law.
If the Software is defective, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under applicable law and/or the Steam Refund Policy:

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER LICENSOR, EPIC, NOR THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION:
- LOSS OF PROFITS;
- LOSS OF DATA;
- LOSS OF GOODWILL;
- LOSS OF USE;
- COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION;
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
THIS APPLIES EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE AND REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED, INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.
For consumers in the EU/EEA, this limitation applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law.
8. UPDATES AND PATCHES
8.1. Licensor may provide updates, patches, bug fixes, balance changes, or modifications.
8.2. Certain updates may be designated as mandatory, including critical bug fixes, compatibility updates, or security-related patches. Such updates must be installed to continue using the Software.
8.3. Updates may add, modify, rebalance, or remove gameplay features.
8.4. Licensor does not guarantee that any feature will remain available indefinitely.
9. CONTENT, HEALTH NOTICE, AND ACCESSIBILITY
9.1. The Software does not contain realistic gore, explicit sexual content, or strong language.
9.2. Some players may experience discomfort while playing video games, including dizziness, nausea, headaches, eye strain, or symptoms similar to motion sickness.
9.3. Certain gameplay elements, including optional boat travel and camera movement, may increase the risk of such symptoms for sensitive individuals.
9.4. Although the Software does not intentionally include intense flashing or strobe-light effects, individuals with a history of photosensitive epilepsy or seizures should use caution when playing.
If you experience discomfort, dizziness, nausea, visual disturbances, or similar symptoms, stop playing immediately and resume only when symptoms have fully subsided.
10. USER CONDUCT
10.1. If you violate this EULA, including by distributing unauthorized copies, infringing Licensor's intellectual property rights, or manipulating achievements through third-party tools, Licensor may terminate your license under Section 14.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Licensor shall not be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control.

13. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
The Software may include third-party components including but not limited to:
- Steamworks SDK – Valve Corporation
- Unreal® Engine – Epic Games, Inc.
14. TERMINATION
This Agreement remains effective until terminated.
Licensor may terminate this Agreement if you materially breach any provision of this EULA.
Upon termination:
14.1. Your right to access and use the Software ceases immediately;
14.2. You must cease all use of the Software;
14.3. No refund is owed except where required by mandatory law.
Sections relating to ownership, disclaimers, liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.
Consumers residing in another EU/EEA member state retain any mandatory rights under the laws of their country of residence.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sweden unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software.
18. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/EEA CONSUMERS ONLY)
For purchases made through Steam, refunds and withdrawal rights are handled by Valve Corporation in accordance with the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam Refund Policy.
Users may also retain any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
19. CHANGES TO THIS EULA
Licensor may update this EULA from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated through the Steam store page, in-game notice, or other reasonable means.
For material changes, you may be required to explicitly accept the updated EULA before continued use.
Non-material changes become effective upon notice.
