Tentacle Tango – End User License Agreement (EULA)

Last Updated: Oct 30, 2025

1. Hello and Welcome

Thanks for playing Tentacle Tango!
This End User License Agreement (ā€œAgreementā€) explains what you can and can’t do with the game.
By installing or playing, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please uninstall the game.
This Agreement is between you (the player) and Cable Nest, based in Stockholm, Sweden.

2. Your License

We’re giving you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to download and play Tentacle Tango through Steam for your own entertainment.
You can make one backup copy for safekeeping. The game is licensed, not sold—you own your copy, not the underlying code or art.

3. Community Use and Restrictions

Here’s what you shouldn’t do:
Sell, copy, or share the full game or its files to others.
Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the code.
Use cheats or exploits that break the game or harm other players.
Rip and redistribute assets (art, music, code, etc.) outside the game.
Use the game in ways that violate laws or Steam’s Terms of Service.

šŸ‘ What You Can Do
We love creators! You’re welcome—and encouraged—to:
Stream, record, or post videos of Tentacle Tango gameplay on platforms like YouTube or Twitch.
Monetize that content through ad revenue, memberships, or donations.
Create fan art, memes, and community discussions.

Please just don’t:
Sell the game’s raw assets (art, models, audio, code).
Present fan-made work as official Cable Nest material.
If you’re ever unsure, drop us a note at support@cableneststudios.com.

4. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in Tentacle Tango and its content belong to Cable Nest and our partners.
This includes characters, artwork, music, story, and source code.

5. User-Generated Content

If you upload or share content through the game (mods, screenshots, etc.), you keep ownership of what you create but give Cable Nest a worldwide, royalty-free license to show or share it for community or promotional purposes.
You’re responsible for ensuring your creations don’t infringe on others’ rights.

6. Online Features

Some parts of the game may require internet access or third-party services (like Steam).
We can’t control those services and can change or remove online features when needed.

7. Updates and Changes

We may update the game from time to time to fix bugs, add features, or improve performance.
You agree that these updates may install automatically and may change or remove certain features.

8. Ending the Agreement

You can end this Agreement anytime by uninstalling the game and deleting all copies.
If you break the terms, we can end it immediately.
Once it ends, you must stop using the game.

9. No Guarantees (Disclaimer of Warranties)

Tentacle Tango is provided ā€œas is.ā€
We try our best to make it fun and stable, but we can’t promise it will be free of bugs or interruptions.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we don’t make any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limits of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cable Nest isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential damages (like lost data or profits) resulting from playing the game.
If something goes wrong, our total liability won’t exceed the amount you paid for the game.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If a part of this Agreement is found invalid, the rest still applies.
