Agreement of Limitation of Use and Responsibility (ALUF)
By using Roulette Stories, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Responsibility for Conversations:
Roulette Stories uses AI-controlled characters with dynamically generated interactions. The user is solely responsible for the content of the conversations that occur within the game. We are not liable for interactions, dialogues, or content generated by the AI or characters controlled by users.
2. Character and Content Creation:
Any character or content generated by the user within the game is their sole responsibility. Roulette Stories disclaims liability for copyright infringements, trademark violations, or other intellectual property breaches resulting from the creation of characters or content by users.
3. Copyright:
The user is responsible for ensuring that any generated or distributed content does not infringe upon third-party rights. Any legal action or claims arising from such infringement will be the sole responsibility of the user.
4. Indemnification:
The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the creators of Roulette Stories from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise as a result of creating, distributing, or using content or characters within the game.
5. AI Use and Warranties:
Roulette Stories employs artificial intelligence to generate interactions and content. While the AI is developed to provide a safe and engaging experience, we do not guarantee that interactions are free of errors, inaccuracies, or unwanted content. The user acknowledges that any interaction generated by the AI is at their own risk, and Roulette Stories assumes no liability for the outcomes or consequences of using this technology.
6. Content Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time to enhance the user experience or comply with legal requirements. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific feature or content within the game.
