End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User” or “You”) and WolfDoodle Software (“Company”) for the use of the video game “Adventure Time” (“Game”). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Grant
WolfDoodle Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from WolfDoodle Software.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
4. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. WolfDoodle Software retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from WolfDoodle Software if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. WolfDoodle Software disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WolfDoodle Software be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if WolfDoodle Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and WolfDoodle Software concerning the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
