End-User License Agreement (EULA)
1. General Provisions
This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“User”) and "Atomic Bull Studio" (“Licensor”) to regulate the terms of use of the game [Game Name] (“Game”).
2. License
The Licensor grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game solely for personal and entertainment purposes.
The User is not permitted to:
* copy the Game for commercial purposes,
* modify, decompile, or create derivative works from the Game,
* share the Game with third parties.
3. Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Game remain the property of the Licensor or third parties licensed by the Licensor.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided “as is,” and the Licensor is not responsible for:
* any damages resulting from the use of the Game,
* loss of data or technical issues.
5. Updates and Online Services
The Licensor may provide updates to the Game and online services at their discretion. Use of such updates or services is subject to this Agreement.
6. Steam Terms
Use of the Game via the Steam platform is also subject to Steam's terms of service and user agreements.
7. Termination
The license may be terminated by the Licensor if the User breaches any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the Game.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland.
9. Acceptance
By using the Game, the User accepts the terms of this Agreement.
