End-User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Introduction
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and PancakeLabs, the creator and owner of the game Auto Blober ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.
2. Grant of License
PancakeLabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use a copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial use on supported devices. You may not sublicense, lease, or distribute the Game.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Modify, merge, distribute, translate, or use the Game for any commercial purpose.
Use any cheat, automation software, mod, or hack that modifies the Game or affects gameplay.
Circumvent or disable any security measures implemented to protect the Game.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Game or its assets, except as expressly permitted by this EULA.
4. Ownership
The Game, including all code, graphics, sounds, and other assets, is the exclusive property of PancakeLabs. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by PancakeLabs.
5. Updates and Changes
PancakeLabs may release updates, patches, or modifications to the Game at any time, which may change the Game’s content or functionality. You agree that these updates are part of the Game and are subject to this EULA.
6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. PancakeLabs may terminate this EULA at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PancakeLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Game, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes related to this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
9. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and PancakeLabs concerning the Game and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
