END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR WELCOME TO GREEDCORP
Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before installing or using the game "WELCOME TO GREEDCORP" ("the Game"). By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE
1.1 Grant of License
Kimochi ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game on a single device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1.2 Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, distribute, or make the Game available for public use beyond personal use.
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Game.
Rent, lease, sublicense, or sell the Game or any portion thereof.
Use the Game for any commercial purposes.
2. OWNERSHIP
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Game are owned by the Licensor. The Game is licensed, not sold, and you do not acquire any ownership rights in the Game by purchasing, downloading, or using it.
3. NO WARRANTIES
3.1 No Warranty
The Game is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
3.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the Game and delete all copies.
5. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes related to this Agreement or the Game will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor with respect to the Game and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or oral.
By installing or using WELCOME TO GREEDCORP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this EULA.
