Introduction:
The following End User License Agreement ("Agreement") details what you as the User are allowed to do with MemoRemovers and its content. Along with rules regarding liability and disputes detailed at the end of the Agreement.
This Agreement is solely between you as the User and Second Rate Studios. Second Rate Studios is responsible for MemoRemovers and its content. However the Application Store (Example: SteamWorks) although they are not a party in this Agreement has the right to enforce it against you.
You agree to be legally bound by the following conditions by clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, or playing MemoRemovers.
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by suspending use of MemoRemovers, and removing any copies from your device.
If you break the terms of this Agreement then Second Rate Studios may suspend or cancel your access to MemoRemovers.
License:
You are granted by Second Rate Studios a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use MemoRemovers. Second Rate Studios owns MemoRemovers but grants you personal usage rights.
You are not permitted to license, sell, rent, or otherwise distribute MemoRemovers or its content.
Additionally you may not remove any copyrights or trademarks of Second Rate Studios, its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors of MemoRemovers.
Updates:
Second Rate Studios may update MemoRemovers with improvements such as bug fixes or updates. These may modify or delete certain aspects of MemoRemovers.
No warranties are provided by Second Rate Studios. MemoRemovers is sold as is, Second Rate Studios has the privilege but is not required to provide updates or provide any additional functionality to MemoRemovers.
Second Rate Studios makes no claim regarding quality or completeness of MemoRemovers.
Limitation of Liability:
Second Rate Studios is responsible or liable for any losses or damage in the event it would be unlawful for us to limit our liability.
The total liability of Second Rate Studios will not exceed the amount paid to us by you in the 12 months prior to the event we are responsible or liable for.
Epic Games Inc.'s Role:
MemoRemovers is made with the Unreal® Engine. It contains Unreal® Engine's code, other code, materials, and information from Epic Games, Inc. These materials will be referred to as "Epic Games Content."
Epic Games Content, like MemoRemovers, is provided on an as is basis with no warranty of any kind. There is no guarantee that any Epic Games Content operates properly on its own or as integrated in MemoRemovers, and makes no claim that they will meet your expectations.
Epic Games Inc, like Second Rate Studios, does not guarantee continuous error free operation of the Epic Games Content.
To the maximum extent of the applicable law Epic Games Inc, their licensors, affiliates, or their service providers are not liable for any losses, damage, or inability to use the Epic Games Content.
Legal:
Second Rate Studios reserves the right to modify or replace this agreement at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice before new terms take effect. If you continue to use MemoRemovers after the revision takes effect you agree to be bound by its terms as well.
If you have a dispute with Second Rate Studios you agree to reach out to us within 30 days in an effort to resolve this issue informally. After this time you may pursue us with legal claims if necessary.
Second Rate Studios is based in Canada and all legal proceedings will be under Canadian law, and in Canadian courts. Not to exclude any mandatory rules available to you in a legal claim under the laws of your own country.
If any part of this Agreement is not legally enforceable, no other part will be affected by it.
