WITHERING REFLECTIONS USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Withering Reflections is licensed, not sold.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding agreement between you ("You" or "Your") and Come Over Gaming S.L.U. ("Company"). This EULA governs your use of Withering Reflections.
Withering Reflections includes the Unreal® Engine code and other code, materials, and information (the “Epic Materials”) from Epic Games, Inc. (“Epic”). All Epic Materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, “with all faults” and without warranty of any kind. Come Over Gaming S.L.U., Epic, and Epic’s affiliates disclaim all warranties, conditions, common law duties, and representations (express, implied, oral, and written) with respect to the Epic Materials, including without limitation all express, implied, and statutory warranties and conditions of any kind, such as title, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness or suitability for any purpose, system integration, accuracy or completeness, results, reasonable care, workmanlike effort, lack of negligence, and lack of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Come Over Gaming S.L.U., Epic, Epic’s licensors, nor any of their affiliates or service providers shall be liable for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use or inability to use the Epic Materials or otherwise in connection with this agreement, including but not limited to loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

Definitions
- EULA: This End User License Agreement.
- You: The person using Withering Reflections.
- Withering Reflections: The game Withering Reflections, related documentation, and any updates and upgrades.
- Personal Computer: Any personal computer running an operating system such as Windows or Linux.

Acknowledgment
By downloading, installing, copying, or otherwise using Withering Reflections, you agree to the terms of this EULA and agree to be bound by it. No title or ownership in Withering Reflections is transferred or assigned to you, and this EULA should not be construed as a sale of any rights in Withering Reflections.

Grant of Limited License
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Come Over Gaming S.L.U. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and use Withering Reflections for your personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial use is prohibited.
The term of this EULA begins when you install or use Withering Reflections and ends when you uninstall it or if Come Over Gaming S.L.U. terminates this EULA.

You agree not to:
- Distribute, sell, lease, rent, loan, or transfer Withering Reflections.
- Copy, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from Withering Reflections without written permission.

Your license will terminate immediately if you violate these conditions.

Technical Protection
Withering Reflections may include measures to control access and prevent unauthorized copies. You may not interfere with or attempt to disable these security features. Violating this may prevent Withering Reflections from functioning properly and terminate your license.

Reservation of Rights
Come Over Gaming S.L.U. reserves all rights in Withering Reflections, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, characters, storylines, and all intellectual property.

User-Created Content
Come Over Gaming S.L.U. does not allow users to modify the engine, extract assets, or create new content for Withering Reflections. Modding is not officially supported.

Internet Connection
Withering Reflections may require an internet connection to access certain features. Without it, some functionality may cease to work properly.

Information Collection and Usage
By using Withering Reflections, you agree that Come Over Gaming S.L.U. may collect and store certain non-personal information, such as hardware MAC address and IP address, for operational purposes. Personal information (such as your user ID) may also be transmitted to and used by Come Over Gaming S.L.U. for lawful purposes.
You consent to the processing of your data in accordance with Come Over Gaming S.L.U.’s Privacy Policy, which complies with the GDPR and other relevant laws.

Withering Reflections currently operates using peer-to-peer (P2P) connections for multiplayer gameplay. This means that connections between players are established directly, without the need for dedicated servers. Come Over Gaming S.L.U. makes no guarantees regarding connection stability, latency, or uninterrupted gameplay with this model. Players acknowledge that P2P connections may vary depending on individual internet connections.
In the future, Come Over Gaming S.L.U. may switch to dedicated servers to improve online multiplayer performance. Come Over Gaming S.L.U. reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or replace the P2P multiplayer system with dedicated servers at any time without prior notice. During this transition, multiplayer services may experience interruptions, and players may be required to update the game to access the new services.
By using the online multiplayer services, you agree to:
- Abide by the game's rules of conduct (as specified in the User Conduct section).
- Understand the limitations and potential connectivity issues inherent to P2P multiplayer systems.
Come Over Gaming S.L.U. reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue online services at any time without notice, including but not limited to server shutdowns or server downtime for maintenance.
You acknowledge that online interactions may expose you to offensive content or actions from other players, and Come Over Gaming S.L.U. is not liable for player behavior or communications in the game.

2. Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate other players.
3. Exploit bugs, cheats, or unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Post offensive, defamatory, or obscene content in any in-game chat or communication.
5. Interfere with the gameplay experience of others, such as through hacking, exploiting, or griefing.
Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your access to online services, including banning from servers.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Come Over Gaming S.L.U. is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Withering Reflections. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the game.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA is governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of Spain, with any disputes being resolved in the courts of Irun, Spain. Both parties agree to resolve any disputes first through good faith negotiations for a period of 15 days before initiating legal action.

Severability
If any provision of this EULA is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
