PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE PROGRAM KNOWN AS "THE SHADOWS WITHIN: NIGHTMARE'S GAME - DEMO" ("THE GAME DEMO").

This agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you, the end user ("User"), and Netrigo Game Studios ("Company"), governing your use of the Game. By installing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

(1) Netrigo Game Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a compatible device that you own or control.
(2) You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Game or any rights granted by this Agreement to any third party.
(3) All rights not explicitly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by Netrigo Game Studios.

You agree not to:
(1) Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except as required by applicable law.
(2) Use any part of the Game for commercial purposes, including but not limited to in internet cafés or gaming lounges, without prior written consent from Netrigo Game Studios.
(3) Exploit any bugs, errors, or glitches in the Game for personal gain or to disrupt other players' experiences.
(4) Circumvent or interfere with any digital rights management (DRM) or anti-piracy measures associated with the Game.

(1) Netrigo Game Studios retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
(2) This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Game, only the right to use it under the terms described herein.

(1) Netrigo Game Studios may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game, which may be required for continued use.
(2) These updates or modifications will be governed by the terms of this Agreement unless otherwise specified by Netrigo Game Studios.
(3) The Company reserves the right to discontinue support or updates for the Game at any time, without notice.

(1) This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Game and destroying all copies in your possession.
(2) Netrigo Game Studios may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from your device.

(1) The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
(2) Netrigo Game Studios does not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

(1) To the fullest extent permitted by law, Netrigo Game Studios shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of enjoyment.
(2) In no event shall Netrigo Game Studios' total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Game.

(1) This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
(2) Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts located in Türkiye.

Netrigo Game Studios reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. If changes are made, the updated Agreement will be made available through official channels, and continued use of the Game will constitute acceptance of any amended terms.

(1) If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
(2) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Netrigo Game Studios regarding your use of the Game.
