End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the "User") and Neo Argo Games ("Company") regarding your use of the video game Bandeirantes (the "Game").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
2. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may install and use the Game on your personal devices.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, distribute, or share the Game except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Game or its users.
Transfer or sublicense your rights under this Agreement to any third party.
4. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights.
5. Termination
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies from your devices.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Game will be free from errors or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Game.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brazil.
