This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Accelix ("Accelix", "we", "us", or "our") for MaidCafeSimulator (the "Game"), a game developed by Accelix and SCON.

By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.


Accelix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes through Steam, subject to this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.


The Game, including its software, artwork, characters, audio, text, design, trademarks, and other content, is owned by Accelix, SCON, or their respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game or any related intellectual property to you.


You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except where allowed by law
  
• Modify, cheat, hack, bypass, or interfere with the Game, Steam, Unity services, or related technical protections
  
• Use the Game in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
  
• Extract or reuse Game assets outside the Game without written permission

Accelix may provide patches, updates, balance changes, bug fixes, or feature changes. Some updates may be required to continue using the Game.


The Game uses Unity Analytics for anonymous gameplay progress data and Unity Cloud Diagnostics for crash and diagnostic data. The Game does not use a separate Accelix login system and does not intentionally collect nicknames, chat messages, free-text user input, addresses, passwords, or marketing profile data.

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accelix disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accelix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the Game or this Agreement.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is not allowed by applicable law.


This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you violate it. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game.


This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law rules.
