END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Relentless Dark, the developer and owner of Relentless Dark ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
2. LICENSE GRANT
Relentless Dark grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:
Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Game to third parties.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels within the Game.
3. OWNERSHIP
Relentless Dark retains all rights, title, and interest in and to Relentless Dark, including but not limited to any trademarks, copyrights, source code, and intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant any ownership rights to the User.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If the Game allows the creation or submission of user-generated content ("UGC"), all such content is the sole responsibility of the User. Relentless Dark reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any UGC at its discretion. By submitting UGC, the User grants Relentless Dark a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the UGC within the Game and associated promotional materials.
5. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Relentless Dark may terminate this EULA at any time if the User breaches any of the terms. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Game and destroy any copies.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relentless Dark shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
9. MISCELLANEOUS
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Game and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements.
