End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Scope
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Tired Racoon Games ("Developer") regarding the use of the game "Project Nihilum: Zero" ("Game").
2. License Grant
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the game.
The game is licensed for private, non-commercial use only.
3. Intellectual Property
All content in the game, including graphics, character designs, story, code, and other elements, is the intellectual property of the Developer.
Music and voice lines were created by voluntary contributors, who are credited in the game's credit menu.
4. Permitted and Prohibited Actions
Permitted:
Modding: You may modify the game and create mods.
Streaming & Monetization:
You may stream the game and monetize your streams as long as you add your own content (e.g., commentary, analysis, audio/video editing).
Streaming the game without creative editing is also allowed.
Prohibited:
It is not permitted to upload raw gameplay footage without creative editing (e.g., simple playthroughs or raw recordings without commentary).
5. Liability Disclaimer
The game is provided "as-is", without any warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Developer shall not be held liable for damages or losses resulting from the use of the game, including but not limited to data loss, system errors, or other issues.
6. Termination of License
The license will automatically terminate if you violate any terms of this EULA.
The Developer reserves the right to revoke access to the game at any time.
7. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
8. Language
This agreement is available in German and English. In case of discrepancies, the German version shall prevail.
