This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and AI Media Design ("we", "us") for the use of Murder Mystery Mayhem AI ("Game"). By clicking "Accept," you agree to these terms. If you disagree, select "Decline" and uninstall the Game.
2. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to download, install, and play the Game for personal use. You may create and monetize gameplay content but receive no intellectual property ownership.

4. User Accounts and Security
4.1. A valid Steam account is required.
4.2. Maintain your account security; you are responsible for all activities under your account.
4.3. Security measures include system fingerprinting and IP tracking.
5. Game Content and Artificial Intelligence
5.1. AI generates dynamic content and NPC dialogue.
5.2. AI-generated content may vary in quality and appropriateness.
5.3. No guarantees are provided regarding AI content accuracy or appropriateness.
6. User Conduct
6.1. Do not:
a) Violate laws or regulations.
b) Infringe rights of others.
c) Submit unlawful or inappropriate content.
d) Interfere with or exploit Game systems.
e) Violate API usage policies of:

- Groq (https://groq.com/terms-of-use/)
6.2. We may moderate, remove content, or ban violators.
6.3. Rate and message limits:
a) Ensure fair usage and stability.
b) May vary based on account usage and account age.
c) Are subject to change without notice.
d) Violations may lead to access suspension.
7. Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
7.1. Do not share PII during gameplay, including:
a) Full names
b) Addresses
c) Phone numbers
d) Email addresses
e) Social security numbers
f) Financial information
7.2. Sharing PII is at your own risk.
8. Data Collection and Privacy
8.1. Collected data: Steam ID, IP address, system information, in-game messages.
8.2. Data usage:
a) Operate and maintain Game service.
b) Security and integrity.
c) Game improvement.
8.3. IP addresses retained for 7 days; other data may be retained longer for operation purposes.
8.4. Processing legal bases: contractual necessity and legitimate interests.
8.5. Data Subject Rights:
a) Access your personal data.
b) Rectify inaccuracies.
c) Request erasure under certain conditions.
d) Restrict or object to processing.
e) Data portability.

8.6. You may lodge complaints with data protection authorities.
8.7. Exercising certain rights may affect service availability.
8.8. Speech-to-text transcription:
a) Audio data temporarily processed to provide transcription via Groq (https://groq.com/privacy-policy/).
b) Temporary audio files created, securely transmitted, and immediately deleted after processing.
c) No permanent storage of user audio data occurs on our servers.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. Game and content are intellectual property of AI Media Design, protected by copyright and trademark laws.
9.2. Modification or derivative work creation permitted only under section 2.
