This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the developer of SYNVECTOR (“Developer”) governing the use of the SYNVECTOR game (“Game”).
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Ownership
The Game and all associated intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the Developer. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
* Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Game except where permitted by applicable law.
* Distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game.
* Use cheats, hacks, bots, or unauthorized modifications.
* Use the Game in violation of applicable laws.
4. Online Features
Certain features may require an internet connection. The Developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue online services at any time.
5. Disclaimer
THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE GAME.
7. Termination
This Agreement automatically terminates if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Game and delete all copies in your possession.
8. Changes to this Agreement
The Developer may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Developer’s jurisdiction.
By installing or using SYNVECTOR, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Agreement.
