End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Genki Games LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the video game software "Reel Adventure: The Autobattler Journey" ("Game") and any related services, updates, or downloadable content ("Services"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Game. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not download, install, or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
Install and use one copy of the Game on a personal computer, gaming console, or mobile device owned or controlled by you.
Access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
2. Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
Reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Game.
Rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Game or any portion of it to any third party.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
Use the Game for commercial purposes, including but not limited to creating in-game items or services for sale.
Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Game.
Remove, disable, or circumvent any security features or digital rights management mechanisms in the Game.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Game, including all content, characters, music, graphics, and trademarks, is the sole and exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by the Company.
4. Updates and Modifications
The Company may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game from time to time. These updates may be automatically installed without prior notification, and you consent to such updates as part of your use of the Game.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach its terms or for any reason deemed necessary. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Game and delete all copies from your device.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America. You agree that any legal disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Colorado.
9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting a notice within the Game or through other communication channels. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Game, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
