END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

THE RAVEN CREEK MASSACRE

This End User License Agreement (“AGREEMENT”) outlines the terms under which you (“YOU”) may access and use the interactive entertainment product THE RAVEN CREEK MASSACRE (“GAME”), developed and published by VIDEOTAPE INTERACTIVE (“LICENSOR”).

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the GAME, YOU acknowledge that YOU have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this AGREEMENT. If YOU do not agree to these terms, YOU must not install or use the GAME.

I. GRANT OF LICENSE

VIDEOTAPE INTERACTIVE grants YOU a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the GAME for personal, non-commercial use only, strictly in accordance with this AGREEMENT and through platforms authorized by VIDEOTAPE INTERACTIVE (such as Steam).

All rights not expressly granted to YOU herein remain reserved to VIDEOTAPE INTERACTIVE.

II. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

YOU agree that YOU will not, under any circumstances:

- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the GAME.

- Modify, translate, adapt, merge, or create derivative works based on the GAME, in whole or in part.

- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any copy protection, security features, or technical restrictions embedded in the GAME.

- Use the GAME for any commercial purposes without express written permission from VIDEOTAPE INTERACTIVE.

- Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the GAME or any rights under this AGREEMENT.

- Engage in conduct that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the GAME or related services.

III. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The GAME and all of its components, including but not limited to all text, graphics, fictional characters, names, themes, videos, objects, artworks, audio, story, cutscenes, code, and any other elements which are part of the Game, are the sole property of VIDEOTAPE INTERACTIVE, and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

This AGREEMENT grants YOU no ownership interest in the GAME, its content, or associated intellectual property. All rights are retained by VIDEOTAPE INTERACTIVE.

IV. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Where applicable, the GAME may allow creation or sharing of user-generated content. By creating or uploading such content, YOU grant VIDEOTAPE INTERACTIVE a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content within the GAME or related services.

VIDEOTAPE INTERACTIVE reserves the right to remove or restrict access to user-generated content at its sole discretion.

V. UPDATES AND PATCHES

VIDEOTAPE INTERACTIVE may provide updates, patches, or hotfixes designed to improve, modify, or repair the GAME. Such updates may be automatically installed and may be mandatory for continued use of the GAME. Failure to install updates may result in the GAME ceasing to function properly.

VI. TERMINATION

This AGREEMENT remains in effect until terminated. YOU may terminate this AGREEMENT by uninstalling the GAME and deleting all copies. VIDEOTAPE INTERACTIVE may terminate this AGREEMENT immediately if YOU breach any of its terms. Upon termination, YOU must cease all use of the GAME.

VII. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The GAME is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. VIDEOTAPE INTERACTIVE expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

YOU assume full responsibility for use of the GAME, including but not limited to risks of bugs, crashes, or data loss.

VIII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIDEOTAPE INTERACTIVE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the GAME, even if VIDEOTAPE INTERACTIVE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

IX. GOVERNING LAW

This AGREEMENT shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. YOU agree that any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of Poland.
