This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of BloodZone: Vanguard Company, a video game developed by Dark Squid Interactive Thomas Pearson. By accessing or using BloodZone: Vanguard Company, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

2. License Grant

Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use BloodZone: Vanguard Company for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on BloodZone: Vanguard Company without Developer's prior written consent.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Use BloodZone: Vanguard Company for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble BloodZone: Vanguard Company.
Attempt to circumvent or bypass any security measures in BloodZone: Vanguard Company.
Distribute or sell BloodZone: Vanguard Company to third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

BloodZone: Vanguard Company, including all related trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by Developer. Your use of BloodZone: Vanguard Company does not grant you any ownership rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

BloodZone: Vanguard Company is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability  

In no event shall Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of BloodZone: Vanguard Company.  

7. Termination

Developer may terminate this EULA at any time if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of BloodZone: Vanguard Company.

8. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this EULA shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
