End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and PhoenixDragonMedia ("Developer") for the game "The Curse of Slimetopia" ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

2. License Grant

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on your device.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the Game.
  
• Distribute, sell, or share the Game, or use/share any of its assets without prior written permission from the Developer.
  
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

4. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by the Developer. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Developer may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and uninstall it from your device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

9. Amendments

The Developer reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Your continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.


10. Asset usage

The developer hereby grants all users permission to use the game or it's assets for the creation of video content, even for commercial purposes, so long as the videos content is related to the game in some way. This is an exception to the restriction (See number 3) of using game assets.
