End User License Agreement (EULA)
1.Preamble
This End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is concluded between Honewa (hereinafter referred
to as "the Developer") and the end user of this software (hereinafter referred to as "the User"). By installing, accessing, or
using this software, the User is deemed to agree to this Agreement.
2.Grant of License
The Developer grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this software solely for personal use. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
3.Prohibited Activities
The User shall not engage in the following activities:
・Modification, reverse engineering, or decompilation of this software
・Sale, lease, or redistribution of this software
・Licensing this software to third parties
4.Disclaimer
This software is provided "as is," and the Developer makes no warranties regarding the software. There are no guarantees regarding its suitability for a particular purpose or the absence of errors.
5.Limitation of Liability
The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this software.
6.Termination of Agreement
If the User violates any provision of this Agreement, the Developer has the right to terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease using this software and delete all copies.
7.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over the Developer's location.
