# FUEL & FURY - End User License Agreement
## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using FUEL & FURY (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install, access, or use the Game.
## 2. License Grant
Subject to this EULA, Webpeak Technologies, Ltd. (DBA Rubicon Game Studios) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to use one copy of the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on a single computer or gaming console.
## 3. Intellectual Property
The Game, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Webpeak Technologies, Ltd. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
## 4. Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
a) Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game
b) Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Game
c) Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
d) Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Game
## 5. User-Generated Content
The Game may allow you to create or upload content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. By creating or uploading content to the Game, you grant Webpeak Technologies, Ltd. a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content.
## 6. Updates and Modifications
Webpeak Technologies, Ltd. may from time to time develop patches, updates, or upgrades to the Game. You agree that the Company may update the Game remotely without notifying you, and the terms of this EULA will govern any upgrades provided by the Company that replace or supplement the original Game.
## 7. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
## 8. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
## 9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WEBPEAK TECHNOLOGIES, LTD. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME.
## 10. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
## 11. Age Restriction
By accepting this EULA, you confirm that you are of legal age for your jurisdiction or have obtained parental consent to use the Game, due to its intense content including cartoon violence.
