# IGNISIA
## END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and **Dracula's Cat** (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Agreement governs your use of **Ignisia** (“Game”), including the Game software, updates, patches, downloadable content, in-game content, features, and related materials.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the applicable terms and policies of Steam.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not install or use the Game.

## 1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Dracula's Cat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes through the Steam platform.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Game or any intellectual property rights to you.
All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by Dracula's Cat and the respective third-party rights holders.

## 2. Intellectual Property and Ownership
The Game and its original content, including but not limited to its software, source code, game systems, mechanics, characters, creatures, environments, story, dialogue, artwork, user interface, icons, animations, audio, visual effects, trademarks, logos, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to Dracula's Cat.
Except where expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:
* copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Game or substantial portions of it;
* sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game;
* modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Game;
* extract, redistribute, or commercially exploit Game assets;
* remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
* use the Game or its assets to create or distribute a competing product.
Nothing in this Agreement grants you ownership of any intellectual property contained in the Game.

## 3. Third-Party Software and Content
Ignisia may contain software, libraries, assets, plugins, middleware, or other materials provided by third parties.
Such materials remain subject to the licenses and intellectual property rights of their respective owners.
The use of third-party software or assets does not transfer ownership of those materials to Dracula's Cat or to the User.
Ignisia is an independent project. The use of third-party software or assets does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation with their respective owners unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where applicable, third-party materials may be subject to additional license terms.

## 4. Unreal Engine
Ignisia is developed using **Unreal Engine**, technology provided by Epic Games, Inc.
Unreal Engine and related Epic Games technology remain the property of Epic Games, Inc. and/or its licensors and are used under the applicable Unreal Engine license terms.

Ignisia is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Epic Games, Inc.

## 5. Early Access
Ignisia may be provided as an **Early Access** product.
You acknowledge that the Game is under active development and that:
* features and gameplay systems may be added, changed, or removed;
* game balance may be adjusted;
* content, characters, items, quests, mechanics, and other features may change;
* bugs, crashes, performance issues, and other technical problems may occur;
* saved data and progress may, in some circumstances, be reset, modified, or lost.
Dracula's Cat does not guarantee that any particular feature, content, or functionality will remain available in future versions of the Game.

## 6. Online Services
Ignisia may include online multiplayer, server-based features, matchmaking, communication, or other online functionality.
Dracula's Cat does not guarantee that online services will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or free from errors.
Online services may be modified, suspended, limited, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical, operational, or development reasons.
Dracula's Cat may take reasonable measures against users who cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, disrupt online services, or otherwise violate this Agreement or applicable rules.

## 7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
* cheat or use unauthorized software, tools, modifications, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage;
* intentionally exploit bugs or vulnerabilities;
* interfere with or attempt to disrupt Game servers or online services;
* attempt to gain unauthorized access to Game systems, servers, or accounts;
* harass, threaten, or abuse other players;
* use the Game for unlawful purposes;
* distribute malicious software or harmful code through Game-related services;
* engage in activity that materially interferes with other players' use of the Game.
Dracula's Cat may suspend or restrict access to online features, or take other appropriate action, in response to violations of this Agreement or conduct that threatens the security or integrity of the Game.

## 8. Virtual Currency, Digital Items, and Additional Content
The Game may offer virtual currency, in-game items, cosmetic items, downloadable content (“DLC”), expansions, upgrades, or other digital goods and services.
Where applicable:
* virtual currency and digital items are licensed to you for use within the Game and are not transferred to you as property;
* virtual currency and digital items have no cash or real-world monetary value unless expressly stated otherwise;
* virtual currency and digital items may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the Game except where expressly permitted by Dracula's Cat or supported by Steam;
* Dracula's Cat may modify, balance, replace, or remove virtual items and virtual currency as part of the operation and development of the Game;
* DLC and other additional content may be subject to separate purchase, ownership, or access conditions through Steam;
* access to purchased content may depend on your continued access to the Game and the applicable Steam services.
All purchases are subject to applicable law and the terms, payment procedures, and refund policies of Steam.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

## 9. Purchases and Steam
The Game is distributed through Steam.
Your use of Steam is governed by the **Steam Subscriber Agreement**, Steam's rules, and other applicable Valve policies.
Purchases, refunds, payment processing, DLC, microtransactions, and other Steam-specific matters are subject to the applicable Steam terms and policies.
Where applicable, Steam's rules and legally mandatory consumer rights will prevail over conflicting provisions concerning Steam purchases or refunds.

## 10. Updates and Changes
Dracula's Cat may release updates, patches, fixes, improvements, new content, DLC, or other changes to the Game.
Dracula's Cat may also modify or discontinue particular features where reasonably necessary for development, maintenance, security, technical, or operational reasons.
Dracula's Cat may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will indicate its effective or last updated date.
Your continued use of the Game after an updated Agreement becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

## 11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided **“AS IS”** and **“AS AVAILABLE.”**
Dracula's Cat does not guarantee that:
* the Game will always be available or uninterrupted;
* the Game will be completely free of bugs or errors;
* the Game will work on every hardware or software configuration;
* online services will always be available;
* saved data or progress will never be lost or corrupted.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

## 12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dracula's Cat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to the use of the Game.
This may include, where legally permitted:
* loss of data;
* loss of progress;
* interruption of services;
* loss of profits or revenue;
* loss resulting from technical problems or server interruptions.
Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dracula's Cat's total liability arising from the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game or the relevant digital content giving rise to the claim.

## 13. Termination and Suspension
This license remains effective until terminated.
You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use the Game and removing it from your devices.
Dracula's Cat may suspend or terminate your access to online services, or terminate this license where permitted by law, if you materially violate this Agreement, engage in cheating or abuse, create security risks, or otherwise seriously interfere with the Game or other users.
Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should continue after termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and applicable law.

## 14. Third-Party Services
The Game may interact with third-party services, platforms, or technologies, including Steam and services provided by third-party software or technology providers.
Your use of such services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies established by those third parties.
Dracula's Cat is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.

## 15. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to Dracula's Cat, except to the extent that mandatory laws or consumer protection regulations applicable to you provide otherwise.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to deprive you of any mandatory rights or protections granted to you under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

## 16. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

## 17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the applicable Steam terms and any other terms expressly incorporated by reference, constitutes the agreement between you and Dracula's Cat regarding your use of the Game.
If any provision of this Agreement conflicts with mandatory applicable law, the mandatory law shall prevail.
