END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and the developer of Ignisia (“Developer”).
By installing, accessing, or using Ignisia (“Game”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement and the policies of Steam.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Developer.
2. Ownership
The Game, including but not limited to code, design, characters, environments, audio, UI, and gameplay systems, is the intellectual property of the Developer, except for licensed third-party materials.
You may not:
Copy, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game
Reverse engineer or decompile the Game except where permitted by law
Use the Game for unauthorized commercial purposes
3. Unreal Engine and Epic Materials
Ignisia includes Unreal® Engine code and other materials (“Epic Materials”) provided by Epic Games, Inc.
All Epic Materials are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
Use of Unreal Engine components is subject to Epic Games’ licensing terms.
4. Third-Party Assets (Including Epic Games Assets)
The Game may include character models, animations, effects, and other content originally created and released by Epic Games, Inc., including assets from the Paragon content release.
Such assets:
Remain the intellectual property of Epic Games, Inc.
Are used under applicable Unreal Engine Marketplace / Fab license terms
Do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Epic Games, Inc.
Ignisia is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc.
All trademarks related to Paragon remain the property of Epic Games, Inc.
5. Early Access Status
Ignisia is released as an Early Access product.
The User acknowledges:
The Game is under active development
Features, mechanics, balance, and content may change
Characters, items, currency, or progress may be modified, reset, or removed
Bugs and technical issues may occur
The Developer reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice.
6. Online Services and PvP
Ignisia includes online multiplayer and PvP functionality.
The Developer does not guarantee:
Continuous server availability
Matchmaking accuracy
Protection from other players’ actions
The Developer reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts for cheating, exploiting, harassment, or rule violations
Reset in-game progress when necessary for balance or technical reasons
7. Virtual Currency and Digital Goods
The Game may include virtual currency and digital items.
7.1 Virtual currency and items:
Have no real-world monetary value
Are non-transferable
Are licensed, not owned
Cannot be exchanged for real-world money
7.2 All purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law or Steam policies.
7.3 The Developer reserves the right to:
Modify pricing
Adjust item balance
Remove or alter virtual goods
8. Payments and Steam Platform
All transactions are processed via Steam.
Users agree to comply with:
Steam Subscriber Agreement
Steam Refund Policy
Valve Corporation policies
In case of conflict regarding purchases or refunds, Steam platform rules prevail where applicable.
Violation of Steam policies may result in restricted access to the Game.
9. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
Use the Game for illegal purposes
Attempt to disrupt servers or online functionality
The Developer reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts for violations.
10. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)
If the Game allows user content:
Users grant the Developer a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content
The Developer is not responsible for user-generated content
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
The Developer makes no warranties regarding:
Uninterrupted operation
Error-free performance
Compatibility with all hardware configurations
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for:
Loss of data
Loss of revenue
Service interruptions
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the Game.
13. Termination
This license terminates automatically if the User violates this Agreement.
The Developer may suspend or terminate access at its discretion in cases of:
Cheating
Abuse
Platform violations
Security risks
14. Changes to the Agreement
The Developer may update this Agreement.
Continued use of the Game after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Developer’s country of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
16. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
