This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between the end user ("User") and JJ_Studio ("Company") regarding the use of the "NerdSpace" game software ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, the User agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License
The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Ownership
The Software and all intellectual property rights associated with it are the exclusive property of the Company. All rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved by the Company.

3. Restrictions on Use
The User agrees not to:

Reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Use the Software for any commercial purposes
4. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. The Software is provided "as is," and the Company makes no warranties regarding its performance or functionality.

5. Termination
The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if the User fails to comply with the terms. Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the Software.

6. Privacy
The Company is committed to protecting the User’s privacy. Any personal data collected during the use of the Software will be handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Company is located.
