END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Deathly Dominion
IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and xHARDHeMPuS ("Developer") for the game Deathly Dominion ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Developer grants the User a revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use the Game on a personal device, solely for personal and non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this EULA.
2. OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain with the Developer.
3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS
The User may not:
a) Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Game. b) Disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the Game. c) Sell, rent, lease, license, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game or any rights in it. d) Use the Game for commercial purposes or in any manner that may harm the Developer or third parties.
4. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
The Developer may provide updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Game, which will be subject to the terms of this EULA unless accompanied by separate terms. The Developer is not obligated to provide support, maintenance, or updates for the Game.
5. TERMINATION
This EULA will remain in effect until terminated. The Developer may terminate this EULA at any time if the User breaches any term of this EULA. Upon termination, the User must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind. The Developer does not warrant that the Game will be free from errors, defects, or interruptions. Use of the Game is at the User's sole risk.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [the Developer's country/state], without regard to its conflict of law principles. The User agrees that any dispute arising from this EULA shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
a) If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. b) This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the use of the Game and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
10. ACCEPTANCE
By installing or using the Game, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this EULA.
