End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and Dominic Walter ("Provider") regarding the use of the software "Calvar - The Darkest Gate" ("Software").
1. License Grant
The Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software under the terms of this Agreement.
2. Usage Restrictions
The User may only use the Software for personal and non-commercial purposes. The User is prohibited from modifying, decompiling, reverse engineering, or reproducing the Software in any way, except as permitted by law.
3. Ownership Rights
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Software and its copies belong to the Provider. The User does not acquire any ownership rights to the Software through this Agreement.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
The Software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. The Provider assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software.
5. Termination
This Agreement will automatically terminate if the User breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, the User must cease using the Software and delete all copies of the Software.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany, and any disputes related to this Agreement will be exclusively resolved by the courts of Germany.
7. Agreement to Terms
By installing or using the Software, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
