END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and OneDude Studio, the developer and publisher of the video game Mist of Time ("Game").
By downloading, installing, or playing Mist of Time through Steam or any other platform, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or play the Game.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
OneDude Studio grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and play Mist of Time for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. OWNERSHIP
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in and to the Game (including but not limited to all code, artwork, music, narrative, characters, and gameplay systems) are owned by OneDude Studio or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant You any ownership rights in the Game.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Distribute, sublicense, sell, or rent the Game or any part of it.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose or in a commercial environment (e.g., gaming cafés) without permission.
Use cheats, bots, or unauthorized third-party software that modifies gameplay.
Exploit bugs, glitches, or unauthorized access to gain unfair advantage.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If the Game allows You to create or share content (e.g., mods, levels, or custom assets), You retain ownership of your content but grant OneDude Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content within the context of the Game.
5. UPDATES & PATCHES
OneDude Studio may deploy patches, updates, or changes to the Game at any time, which may add, remove, or alter features. These updates are part of the Game and subject to this Agreement.
6. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if You fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, You must uninstall the Game and destroy any copies.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. OneDude Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Game or that it will be compatible with all systems.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneDude Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Game.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country or State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
