End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Licensee" or "you") and Gosu Games, Inc. ("Vendor" or "we") concerning your use of GunZ The Duel ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Software.
1. License Grant
Gosu Games, Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Software, including its code, content, graphics, and design, is the sole property of Gosu Games, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
3. Restrictions on Use
You may not:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the Software.
- Rent, lease, or sublicense the Software.
- Use the Software for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Software without express permission.
4. Early Access and Updates
The Software is currently in an Early Access phase. This means the Software is still in development and may contain bugs, errors, and unfinished features. Gosu Games, Inc. may release updates to improve the Software based on user feedback. However, we do not guarantee that any specific features will be implemented or that the final version will be released.
5. Beta Testers and Community Involvement
By using the Software in Early Access, you agree to provide feedback, bug reports, and suggestions. We may use your feedback to improve the Software, but we are not obligated to implement any suggestions.
6. Privacy and Data Collection
The Software may collect gameplay data to help us improve the game experience. We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information without your consent. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Gosu Games, Inc. will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other commercial damage arising from the use or inability to use the Software.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Gosu Games, Inc. may terminate your access to the Software at any time for any reason, including violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.
9. Changes to the Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Software after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Gosu Games, Inc. regarding the Software and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
By downloading, installing, or using GunZ The Duel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Gosu Games, Inc. reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Agreement.
