END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
BLACK LIGHT KILLS
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between KnockDuck Games & Fatih Atacan PRODUCTIONS (“Developer”) and the person using the game (“User”). By installing or using the game, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Developer grants the User a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software titled "Black Light Kills" (“Game”) for personal entertainment purposes only.
2. RESTRICTIONS
The User may not:
Copy, sell, rent, or transfer the Game to third parties.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game’s code, except where permitted by law.
Use the Game for commercial purposes (without the explicit permission of the Developer).
3. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Game is provided "AS IS" and the Developer makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Game's functionality, completeness, or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.
5. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement will terminate if the User stops using the Game or if the Developer terminates it due to a breach. Upon termination, the User must remove the Game from their system.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Country/Region Name], and shall be interpreted by the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
7. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
The Developer reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. By continuing to use the Game, the User agrees to the updated terms.
