End-User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using "The Regis Family Experiment" ("Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install, or use the Game.
1. License
ProductionsRpix Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use one copy of "The Regis Family Experiment" on a single device for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Ownership
The Game, including but not limited to graphics, sound, source code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ProductionsRpix Inc. and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. You acknowledge that you have no ownership or property rights in the Game.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Copy, distribute, or transfer the Game or any portion thereof to any third party.
Modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Game.
Rent, lease, or sublicense the Game to others.
Use the Game for any commercial purposes without explicit written permission from ProductionsRpix Inc.
4. Third-Party Content
This Game was developed using RPG Maker MV. RPG Maker is a registered trademark of Kadokawa Corporation, used under license. Contributions from third-party scripts and other resources are used in accordance with their respective licenses and are credited within the Game.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. ProductionsRpix Inc. may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ProductionsRpix Inc. does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ProductionsRpix Inc. be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
8. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this EULA will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
9. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and ProductionsRpix Inc. regarding the use of the Game and supersedes any prior agreements between you and ProductionsRpix Inc. related to the Game.
