END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Pikaz Games, the developer of the game Intercolonies ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
Pikaz Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install, access, and play the Game on a personal computer for personal use only. You agree not to use the Game for any commercial purposes.
2. Ownership Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including but not limited to, any content, code, data, and materials, are the sole property of Pikaz Games. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Game.
3. Restrictions
You are not permitted to:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part thereof.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Use the Game in any manner that violates the terms of this Agreement.
4. Privacy Policy
Pikaz Games does not collect, store, or process any personal data from Users. Your privacy is fully respected while using the Game.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Pikaz Games does not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Game at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pikaz Games shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Game.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
