End User License Agreement (EULA) for "Wild Script: Nature".

This End User License Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you (an individual, hereinafter the "User" or "You") and Surdarium studio (hereinafter "Surdarium", "We", "Us", or the "Rights Holder").
This Agreement governs your use of the computer game "Wild Script: Nature", including all its components, updates, additional content, and related documentation (collectively, the "Game").
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, DOWNLOADING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE GAME, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTOOD ITS TERMS, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.
1. License Grant
1.1. Surdarium grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial use on a single device (e.g., a personal computer) that you own or control.
1.2. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by Surdarium.
2. License Restrictions
You agree not to do, or allow others to do, any of the following:
2.1. Copy, sell, rent, lease, distribute, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit the Game.
2.2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works based on the Game or any part thereof.
2.3. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the Game.
2.4. Use cheats, bots, hacks, exploits, or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the gameplay experience.
2.5. Use the Game for any illegal, immoral, or offensive purposes.
2.6. Circumvent any technical protection measures of the Game intended to prevent unlicensed use.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1. You acknowledge that all rights, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights, in and to the Game (including, but not limited to: all code, graphics, music, sound effects, characters, storylines, dialogue, and artwork) are owned by Surdarium and its licensors.
3.2. This Agreement grants you only a license to use the Game in accordance with its terms and does not sell or transfer to you any ownership rights in the Game.
4. User-Generated Content
4.1. If the Game allows you to create content (e.g., screenshots, gameplay videos, mods), you are solely responsible for that content.
4.2. By creating and distributing such content, you grant Surdarium a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display this content for the purposes of promoting and supporting the Game.
5. Termination
5.1. This Agreement is effective until terminated.
5.2. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by permanently deleting the Game from your device.
5.3. Surdarium may terminate this Agreement immediately and without prior notice if you breach any of its provisions.
5.4. Upon termination for any reason, you must immediately cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies and components of the Game in your possession.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SURDARIUM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SURDARIUM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE GAME WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SURDARIUM OR ITS PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF SURDARIUM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, SURDARIUM'S ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE GAME.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation.
9. General Provisions
9.1. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Surdarium concerning the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications and understandings.
9.2. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
9.3. Amendments. Surdarium reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or supplement the terms of this Agreement at any time.
