1. Introduction
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Ravenholm Interactive ("Licensor", "We", "Us", or "Our") for the use of the game InfectCam . By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Grant
Ravenholm Interactive grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Software on a single device for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Software.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Software.
Sell, rent, lease, or distribute the Software.
Use the Software for any illegal purpose or in a manner that violates any laws or regulations.
4. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including any updates, modifications, or enhancements, remain with Ravenholm Interactive. The Software is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if You fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from Your devices.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Ravenholm Interactive disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ravenholm Interactive be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if Ravenholm Interactive has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Ravenholm Interactive concerning the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
