End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Introduction This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and [Getostgames] ("Company") for the use of the game Fomon ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. License Grant The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
3. Ownership The Game, including but not limited to its code, artwork, characters, music, and all other assets, is the intellectual property of the Company. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Game or any part of it without the express written permission of the Company.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
9. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications.
