Sime Is Back 3D Old School End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Grande Spallone Games (Mario Špaleta) ("Company"). By installing or using Sime Is Back 3D Old School ("Software"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. Grant of License
Grande Spallone Games (Mario Špaleta) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Sime Is Back 3D Old School on a single device for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in Sime Is Back 3D Old School, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Grande Spallone Games (Mario Špaleta). This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, distribute, or share the Software with others without prior written consent from Grande Spallone Games (Mario Špaleta).
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Use the Software for any commercial purposes or in any way that violates the terms of this EULA.
4. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Grande Spallone Games (Mario Špaleta) if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sime Is Back 3D Old School is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. Grande Spallone Games (Mario Špaleta) shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Zadar, Croatia.
7. Privacy Policy
The Software may collect and use certain data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
8. Amendments
Grande Spallone Games (Mario Špaleta) reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of the Software will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Acceptance
By installing or using Sime Is Back 3D Old School, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
