END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR "WHEN SHE'S GONE"

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Missed Approach Interactive ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), for the game "When She's Gone" ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. Licence Grant
Missed Approach Interactive grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, single-user licence to install and use one copy of the Game on a personal computer running a validly licensed copy of the Windows operating system.
2. Ownership
You are granted a licence to use the Game; however, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game (including, but not limited to, all characters, storylines, images, videos, and sound files) remain the exclusive property of Missed Approach Interactive. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Game.
3. Restrictions
You shall not:
Share, distribute, or transfer the Game or your licence to use the Game.
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Use cheats, hacks, or any other non-fair applications to alter or interfere with the Game’s operation.
Breach any provision of this EULA, infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, or violate the Steam agreement or any other agreement by Valve Corporation.
4. Updates and Patches
Updates and patches for the Game are mandatory and will be provided through the Steam Client. The Game cannot be played without applying these updates. All updates will maintain the same features and structure as the original version of the Game. The Steam Client may automatically update the Game at intervals set by the user.
5. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you breach any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must immediately discontinue all use of the Game and uninstall all copies of the Game. Termination of the licence does not waive any rights or remedies we may have against you.
6. Limitation of Liability
Missed Approach Interactive shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this EULA due to ISP interruptions, software or hardware failures, delays, or other problems inherent in the use of the internet, or for any other damages that are beyond our reasonable control. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Game.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be resolved in the courts located in Ankara, Türkiye.
