END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User" or "You") and Roleplay Studio (the "Developer") for the use of the game "Indekos" (the "Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
2. LICENSE GRANT
The Developer, in association with the publisher GameDev Malang, grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Game.
Distribute, sell, lease, rent, or sublicense the Game.
Use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Game.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game, including but not limited to all graphics, sound, and software, is the property of Roleplay Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Game through this Agreement.
5. TERMINATION
The Developer may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete or destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Developer and Publisher do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Roleplay Studio or GameDev Malang be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Game. The total liability of the Developer and Publisher for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Game.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roleplay Studio, GameDev Malang, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Game or your breach of this Agreement.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Negara Bagian atau Negara], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer and Publisher regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Game.
11. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
The Developer and Publisher may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on the Developer’s website or within the Game. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
