This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and [Game Time Studios] ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the software application "Casino Manager Simulator" ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
The Company grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Game on your personal computer or gaming console, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. The Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership interest in the Game.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the Game, in whole or in part.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from the Company.
4. User-Generated Content
The Game may allow you to create and share content. You retain all rights to any content you create, but by sharing it, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.
5. Updates and Modifications
The Company may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Game that must be installed for you to continue using the Game. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Game or any feature at any time without notice.
6. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession or control.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Game is with you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
