End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Workaround Games, governing your use of the software product, Restaurant Owner: Prologue ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Workaround Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Game or its content.

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game (including but not limited to any artwork, music, text, and other content incorporated into the Game) are owned by Workaround Games. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to such intellectual property except as expressly stated herein.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Workaround Games if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession or control.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the Game remains with you.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Workaround Games be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Game.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Amendments
Workaround Games reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Game or by other means. Your continued use of the Game after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes.

10. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
