End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome, and thank you for purchasing Masyu Star Battles (“the Game”)! This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding document between you (the "User") and Chilled Pixel Games ("the Licensor"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy, distribute, or modify the Game or its content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property, remain with the Licensor.
4. User-Generated Content
If the Game allows you to create or share content, you grant the Licensor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and modify such content. You affirm that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. The Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Game.
7. Termination
This Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Game.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, Canada and EU.
