End User License Agreement (EULA)

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Zillion Empire regarding the use of Dynastopia.
1. License Grant
Zillion Empire grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Software.
Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices (including copyright and trademark notices) of Zillion Empire or its licensors.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Zillion Empire and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Zillion Empire if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.
5. No Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ZILLION EMPIRE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ZILLION EMPIRE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ZILLION EMPIRE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky/USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8. Miscellaneous
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Zillion Empire regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
