Fuhai End User License Agreement
In order to protect our "game" and the members of our community, we need these end-user license terms to establish some rules for the download and use of our game. This license is a legal agreement between you and us, describing the terms and conditions of using the game. We, like you, do not like to read lengthy license documents, so we have tried our best to compress the length of this agreement to the shortest possible. If you violate these rules, we may suspend your use of our game. If we deem it necessary, we may even request assistance from our lawyers.

Ownership of our games and other content
Although we grant you the permission to install and play our game on your device, we are still the owner of the game. We are still the owners of our brand and any content included in the game. Therefore, when you purchase our game, you are actually buying a license to play/use our game under this EULA, not the game itself. The only permissions you have related to the game and game installation are those specified in this EULA.
Any mods you create for the game from scratch belong to you (including pre run mods and in memory mods), and you can perform any desired actions on them as long as you do not make money by selling them/trying to make money from them, and do not distribute mod versions of the game. Remember, mods are your original creations and do not contain any substantial part of our code or content. You only own the content you create, not our code or content.
