End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Green Tale Studios ("Licensor") for the use of the game software ("Software") provided with this EULA. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Green Tale Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use one copy of the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to all the limitations set forth in this EULA.
2. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Software and all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights associated with the Software are the exclusive property of Green Tale Studios or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved by Green Tale Studios.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
a) Copy, distribute, or reproduce the Software except as expressly permitted by this EULA.
b) Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the Software.
c) Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or attempt to derive the Software's source code, except to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by law notwithstanding this limitation.
d) Rent, lease, loan, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the rights to the Software.
e) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices or other proprietary notices on the Software.
4. LIMITED WARRANTY
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Green Tale Studios be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, data, or data use, incurred by you or any third party, arising out of or in any way connected to your use of the Software, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if Green Tale Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Green Tale Studios if you fail to comply with any of the terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.
7. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Green Tale Studios concerning the Software. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Suppose any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable. In that case, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of this EULA will remain in full force and effect.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This EULA will be governed by and construed under the laws of the country where Green Tale Studios is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
