End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Nomedia Games ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of The Long Road Home ("Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install, access, or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Ownership
The Game, including but not limited to its content, visual interfaces, interactive features, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, and all other elements, are owned by Nomedia Games or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Nomedia Games.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Reproduce, distribute, or use the Game for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Game.
Use the Game in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession or control.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Nomedia Games be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any damages whatsoever, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to this Agreement
We may modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on our website or through the Game. Your continued use of the Game after the changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
