END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Developer: EXtage
This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and EXtage (the "Developer") regarding your use of the Bat Tap game (the "Game"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Game. By installing or using the Game, you agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
1.1. The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by the Developer.
2. RESTRICTIONS
2.1. You do not have the right:
2.1.1. Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or license the Game or any parts thereof.
2.1.2. Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to obtain the source code of the Game by any means.
2.1.3. Use the Game for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Developer.
2.1.4. Use the Game for purposes that violate applicable law.
3. OWNERSHIP
3.1. All rights to the Game, including copyrights, patents, trademarks and other intellectual property rights, belong to the Developer and are protected by international copyright laws and other laws.
4. UPDATES
4.1. The Developer may, at his discretion, provide updates or modifications to the Game, which will be governed by the terms of this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in the updates.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1. The Game is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. The Developer is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Game.
5.2. The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will run smoothly and error-free.
6. TERMINATION
6.1. This Agreement remains in force until its termination. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate without notice from the Developer if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement.
6.2. In case of termination of the Agreement, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies of the Game in your possession.
7. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
7.1. The Developer reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time by notifying you, for example, by posting an amended version of the Agreement on its website or in the Game.
8. APPLICABLE LAW
8.1. This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where the Developer is located, without regard to the principles of conflict of laws.
