END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
1. INTRODUCTION
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you and the EASTERN MARMARA SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION ("Company") regarding your use of the ENVGUARD software ("Software") provided by the Company.
2. GRANT OF LICENSE
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this Software for personal, non-commercial purposes. It is prohibited to modify, adapt, or reverse engineer any part of this Software.
3. OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
This Software and all related documents, graphics, logos, and other materials are the property of the Company. The Software is licensed, not sold. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS
You agree not to:
Use the Software for illegal activities.
Copy, distribute, or sell the Software without authorization.
Modify or alter the source code of the Software in any way.
5. PRIVACY
By using the Software, you agree to the processing of your personal data by the Company in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is provided "as is," and the Company makes no warranties that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations. The Company is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective upon your use of the Software and remains in effect until terminated by you or the Company. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

10. ACCEPTANCE
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you confirm your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
